More good news about free speech from MoveOn.org

I just got forwarded an email from a friend about moveon.org and apparently they are being harrassed for exercising their unalienable God given Rights, protected by the Bill of Rights.  I don't normally sign too many petitions anymore, but I had to sign this one!  You should too!  It doesn't matter what you think about the war, it's the fact that they are silencing us in new ways every day!  What ever happened to America?  I thought we all had the right to believe and speak whatever we wanted, provided we are not infringing on the rights of others.  Wanting our troops to be home with their families is in no way harmful!  If you want to fight a war, fight one on our own borders!  We have 30 million people here illegally right now and you send all our troops away to die and kill millions of innocents?  Anyway, this blog was not supposed to be about my feelings...this is about protecting our rights here in America!  I would encourage you to sign the petition as well!
Please send them a message about what you think of them trying to silence us!  What do they not understand about our Constitution?  I find it ironic being that most of our representatives our lawyers and they forgot the Constitution they took an Oath to uphold!  The Bill of Rights grants us our UNALIENABLE RIGHTS to free speech and freedom of the press.  Apparetly they were all bent out of shape over a damn ad?  What is it they are so afraid of?
Oh, maybe the fact that certain elitists (dictators) are getting RICH off this war?  How much money is another innocent life worth to them?  How many more millions need to be slaughtered?  This war is not about freedom and democracy in Iraq!  But it sure has been an instrumental factor in bringing their agenda to the forefront about limiting our freedoms.
This is America, DAMNIT!!!
They are stripping away all our rights on a daily basis!  Look at how they treated the guy at University of Florida for the john Kerry speech the other day!  Not only did he get arrested for excercising his rights, but TAZERED?!?!?  Look at how they go out of their way to try to arrest me for excercising my rights!  Look at how they arrested Francisca for asking a question!  Over 200 at the anti war rally in DC last week?  This is happening everyday!  How do they not know that they are going against the Oath they took when we elected them?  Do they even know what an Oath means?  How do they not know or care that they are supposed to represent us???
Well, it's time for us to remind them!  We put them in office and we can take them out of office!  Our Constitution makes very clear the role of governemnt and our rights and duties as citizens.
They wil NOT take away our rights without a fight!  I will not stand for this tyranny!  If you do not exercise your rights you won't have them!  If you do not educate yourself, they will not tell you!  Most of them don't even know anyway!  Look at my videos if you don't believe me!  These are real life situations where you can see how they operate and continuously violate our rights to free speech and peaceful assembly with intimidation, force and harassment.  Okay, I'll shut up now...go sign the petition and tell your representatives what you think about them trying to silence the people once again!

Dear friend,

Thank you. Your name has been added to the petition and your comments will be delivered to your Senators and Representative.

A great way to make sure Congress feels a lot of heat on this is to spread the word to your friends and family so they know what's going on. You can just forward the sample letter below.

Spreading the word is critical, but please only pass this message along to those who know you -- spam hurts our campaign.

Thanks for all you do. --The MoveOn.org Political Action Team

Here's a sample message to send to your friends:

Subject: Help to send a message to Congress: I will not be quiet

Hi,

The U.S. Senate just told us to sit down and be quiet. They passed a resolution condemning MoveOn.org and it has one purpose: To intimidate all of us who care about ending this war. To send a message that anyone who speaks unpleasant truths about this war will pay. To make everyone--especially politicians--think twice before they accuse the administration of lying.

We can't let that happen. I just signed a statement telling Congress that they won't intimidate me, and I'm going to keep speaking out until they force an exit strategy out of this awful war. Can you join me?

I don't agree with La Raza, the Black Panthers, Neo-nazis, or the KKK --but I would defend to my death their Right to Free Speech! Free Speech is not supposed to be subject to approval by the government. The requirement of government approval turns a God-given Right into a privilege!!

Real flesh and blood men and women have God-given Rights that cannot be taken away. Corporate fictions are subject to government intervention/ approval. When you check the box "Yes" on any form that asks "Are you an American citizen?" You are opting into this corrupt system, and waiving your Constitutional Rights. When you acknowledge your status as an "American citizen" on your tax return, or voter registration card, you are opting into the control grid. You are NOT an "American citizen." You ARE an American national. Look at your driver's license. Does your name appear in capital letters? This is your corporate fiction. Only corporate names, and the names of dead people are spelled in capital letters.

This is the evil inherent in the system of Admiralty Law. It is all done by deception. You just think you're free.
