This is the goon I've been fighting for the past 4 months. I get threats like this from him and Brad Ward in Austin almost daily. They have posted literally hundreds of lies about me on their sites. Christie also has a criminal record with 3 misdemeanor convictions. If this is the price I must pay to help lead this movement than I will gladly pay it! Russ has no concept of service to his country. I have 21 years of honorable service to the US Marine Corps and 2 years to the MM movement! And I'm not quitting until we get our country back! these freaks have become. They had nothing on us (because there is
nothing) and it really showed.

Give Christie credit for taking a leadership role in exposing the occupying forces there in San Diego, provide for her a maximum of what it will cost you to retain a lawyer to defend yourself in a property rights theft lawsuit and whatever other logistical resources you have control over to insure that Christie continues to expose the Truth concerning the silent invasion and occupation of American soil in the Southern California border area!

We all knew SDMM’s recent successes, including clearing 400 illegal alien squatters out of a canyon where they had lived in their own filth for over 20 years, would upset many powerful and corrupt people inside and outside of San Diego, but we never imagined it would bring such a quick and strong campaign to try to discredit us with false attacks and lies from rogue, corrupt government forces. We’ve all watched the persecution of border patrol agents and and a sheriff’s deputy in Texas and thought that the government would back off now that they have been exposed, but we are seeing signs of attacks against good Americans across the nation, but none more egregious than right here in San Diego. Although we did nothing more that act within the law and our Constitutional rights for many months to right a wrong in a beautiful AMERICAN community, we quickly found ourselves under investigation and attack by corrupt elements in the San Diego Police Department. SDPD and the city of San Diego had allowed the prostitution operation, including child sex slavery, for the illegal alien migrants to operate in McGonigle Canyon for years according to eyewitnesses. This was confirmed and exposed to the world in November 2006 by NBC News in Los Angeles. SDMM immediately began investigating and observing the prostitution area to gather more details so that it could be stopped. We immediately found evidence of child prostitution of girls (mostly Mexican girls) as young as 13 years old who were brought in on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons to six covered brush dens in the eucalyptus grove under the power lines near the creek that runs through the canyon. We turned over our information to local SDPD division heads assuming they would take immediate action. They did not. In fact they continued to give media interviews telling the public that they had NO evidence of any prostitution going on in the canyon. We were shocked and appalled! On Saturday, Dec. 2nd we went to the "rape grove" in the late afternoon, set up covert surveillance, and witnessed and filmed at least 2 girls being brought in and at least 14 Latino men customers lining up and using their services. The girls looked to be young, possibly under 18. The police were immediately called about the crime in progress, but refused to take action to stop it and the girls and the pimps eventually escaped the area after it got dark. SDPD leadership continued to make public comments for several months that they never had evidence of any prostitution. Due to the cover up and outrage, child advocate John Monti, with assistance from SDMM, filed a grand jury complaint on March 1st alleging police cover up and misconduct. More than 30 days later, we are still awaiting word from the grand jury.

On March 16th, San Diego illegal alien activist Claudia Smith announced on the Hannity and Colmes show nationwide that Monti was going to be charged by San Diego City Attorney Mike Aguirre with beating migrant workers. On March 26th, Monti was formally charged with 9 counts of misdemeanor battery, civil rights violations, and filing a false police report on an incident on Nov. 19th when, in actuality it was Monti who was attacked, beaten and robbed by 8 Hispanic day laborers at the Penasquitos day labor site. The attack was immediately reported to the SDPD and corroborated with pictures of the assailants taken by Monti and an independent witness report from a concerned passerby who stopped to help when he saw Monti being attacked in the middle of the busy boulevard.

Without any notice to or further interviews with Monti, SDPD and the city attorney turned the investigation around 180 degrees and charged John for the crime in which he was actually the victim! This 6th grade school teacher in Los Angeles is now facing trial and possible jail time for these trumped up charges. He is also a Marine Reservist and was scheduled to deploy overseas with his unit in June.

Then on March 21st, SDPD executed a search and seizure warrant on the homes of SDMM Founder Jeff Schwilk and Penasquitos resident Julie Adams supposedly looking for information on who damaged a few migrant camps on Jan. 27th. They based the search on a sealed affidavit containing false statements from 1) the same day laborers who had attacked and beaten John Monti in November and had threatened Minutemen on numerous occasions when they went to document the day labor site and nearby squatter camps on Penasquitos Blvd. in late November and December. And 2) on false statements given on Feb. 8th by fired SDMM member Christie Czajkowski. At that time Czajkowski was under a temporary restraining order to stop harassing Schwilk after she trespassed onto his property on two separate occasions on Jan. 20th and Feb. 4th. She also filed false assault charges on Schwilk on Feb. 4th and was telling people that she was going to sue him for large sums of money since his house had just gone into escrow.

Despite her obvious vendetta she had against Schwilk and her continued unstable behavior, SDPD used her statements and began a harassment campaign and investigation on Schwilk and other Minutemen in San Diego County implying they were involved in the alleged vandalism incidents and hyping the damage up into hate crime felony vandalism and threatening prison time for those caught. Schwilk told them he had no knowledge of any vandalism and the investigating detective backed off and never questioned Schwilk again after Feb. 8th. Then, without any warning, SDPD showed up and raided his house on Mar 21, less than 3 weeks after John Monti filed his grand jury complaint against the SDPD. They took Schwilk's computer, cell phone, bags of sensitive SDMM files, and even Minuteman t-shirts. They now have all information relating to SDMM operations as well as sensitive voter files relating to the American Independent Party of which Schwilk had been working closely with locally for over a year to effect political change. AIP is the only major political party demanding secure borders and a stop to illegal immigration. All these files and sensitive voter information are now in the hands of SDPD and probably the federal government too, which is in direct violation of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. SDPD was notified of this breach on Mar 27th and has yet to return the files as of Apr 2.

Last week Schwilk requested and Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Fraser granted the unsealing of the search warrant affidavit and the immediate return of his property. Deputy DA Oscar Garcia fought both motions citing security risks to the "witnesses", although he could give no basis for his claims. He seemed to be implying that Schwilk was a violent individual who would go after the witnesses physically if he knew who they were, even though all names except Czajkowski’s had already been made public back in Feb. It was a desperate, pathetic attempt to keep sealed forever a bogus affidavit that had been used to shut down highly successful and completely legal SDMM activities in San Diego County.

In conclusion, it seems very likely that there are Johnny Suttons and other Bush Administration operatives working hard in San Diego, probably on behalf of the Mexican Government and other corrupt entities, to thwart through intimidation and harassment the legal activities and the rights of American Civil Rights Activists seeking enforcement of American laws. We believe there is a deep conspiracy here in San Diego to protect illegal aliens, human trafficking, the massive drug trade, and other illegal dealings with Mexican officials and citizens that have become deeply entrenched in the San Diego County politics and society over a long period of time.

SDMM calls for a full U.S. Government and media investigation into all illegal activity taking place in San Diego relating to illegal immigration and smuggling, and all pro-open border activists who aid and abet this activity and crime.

the papers in the door knob, and got back in the car
to leave. As I was backing out of the drive way I
glanced over my shoulder at the house next door (3901
Brown street). I noticed the garage door was open, and
I could see furniture and boxes filling up the garage.
There were two cars in the driveway, one of the cars
was a black, or dark blue Murano. The black Murano had
a Marine Corps sticker, and a San Diego Minuteman
sticker in the back windshield. I pulled the vehicle
into the driveway of 3909 Brown street, and walked
back up to the door to grab the papers. I walked next
door to the front door of the house next door (3901
Brown street, and knocked on the door. I heard someone
inside and an elderly woman answered the door, and
aked "Can I help you?" About the time the woman
answered the door, I heard a car door slam shut. I ran
to the street to see the black Murano backing out of
the driveway, and I recognized the driver as Jeff
Schwlik. I held up the papers, and the driver slowed
down, and began to lower his back windshield. I moved
toward the window and the driver started raising the
back window, and slowly moving forward. So, I reached
for the passenger side door handle, opened the
passenger door, and moved forward to toss the papers
in the floor board on the passenger side floor board.
About the time I was bringing my hand up to pitch the
papers, Jeff stepped on the gas, and the door slammed
shut as the vehicle sped off. I picked up the papers,
turned around and ran back to the car. As I left I
heard the woman that answered the door at 3901 Brown
street laughing. So, I smiled and said "Have a great
day Mam." I went back to the pizza restaurant to call
the lawyer for instructions as to which house to serve
the papers, in light of what just happened. I was
instructed to go back to the house at 3909 Brown
street, knock again, and leave the papers on the door.

She wished me a fake "happy birthday" and then proceeded to rag on me about how I don't give her enough credit for all her videos (Note: Daniel and I created a separate website JUST for all her great videos) Her kids did NOT want to be part of this little stunt. She asked me several times in front of my friends if we could turn off the super bowl and watch her latest videos. I tried to ignore her and watch the game. She went back to my office where the door was closed and the lights and computer were off. I realized she had left the living room and went back to my office and entered just as she was booting up my computer. She then demanded that SDMM's videos on our new site be removed merely because she took the videos with our camera. I said no. She said I'll sue you. I said go for it and its time to leave. She refused my next 10 demands to leave, grabbed the camera and started filming me up close like she films the goons. The video you see picks up where I am livid that she won't just leave my house after 3 minutes of me asking nicely. I did not hit her, that is me GRABBING the camera to stop her from filming in my house with our camera. Sorry, this crap is being aired world-wide, but she is delusional and psychotic. The police were called and know exactly what she tried to pull last night. They and many others are helping us deal with this situation. She committed two more crimes last night: trespassing and filming me inside my house without permission. Our lawyer is now handling the whole mess.

We have contacted You Tube because of her blatant violation of their posting policies. The video should be pulled off soon.

Thank you for keeping an open mind and listening to the truth. I have numerous witnesses; she has none.

SDMM Response to Vicious Attacks, Lies, and Rumors from rebel forces in the anti-illegal immigration movement.

The San Diego media, particularly the tabloid North County Times, NBC Channel 7 News, and the Spanish media, have been spreading rumors and lies about us and our organization fed to them by a bitter ex-member and her new radical activist friends in Arizona and Texas.

As you have probably heard by now, radical activist Russ Dove and his friends have falsely accused SDMM Founder Jeff Schwilk of numerous crimes and are now suing Jeff for $700,000 in "damages". They have falsely accused us of stealing videos that were given to SDMM (we have the emails) and assaulting Christie Czajkowski when she refused to leave a party in Jeff's home on Feb. 4th in front of 6 witnesses. She had arrived uninvited, unannounced, and unwanted when she heard Jeff was having a Super Bowl gathering for Minutemen. Christie had been terminated from SDMM on Feb. 2nd for gross violations of our rules of conduct and was out for revenge. She had already threatened to sue Jeff the week prior. She has been subsequently terminated from MCDC by Chris Simcox and Carl Braun on Feb. 14th for further violations of their SOP. She has been terminated from at least 4 Minuteman groups total over the past 8 months for radical, erratic, insubordinate, and unstable behavior. Due to her attacks and harassment on Feb 4th and also on Jan. 20th, Jeff obtained a temporary restraining order against her which she then violated on 3 seperate occasions.

We categorically deny each and every allegation from these rogue activists who are now collecting donations from unsuspecting patriots to fund their radical activities, including the desecration of two Mexican flags in public in the past three weeks. In our opinion, this is nothing more than a scam to play on the sympathies of patriotic Americans and raise money for an unemployed single mother of two young daughters who refuses to get a job almost one year after being fired from her last job. Christie lives in a $2200 per month, 4 bedroom house in Chula Vista, even though she has no means to pay for it and her other expenses. She has collected many thousands of dollars from Minutemen over the past few months to help pay her rent.

Minutemen do not advocate the burning in public of any national flags. We demand the securing of our borders and enforcement of our current immigration laws, but we operate peacefully and within the law. We have made tremendous progress in this fight against illegal immigration in the past 18 months and we will not throw it all away and stoop to the open borders anarchists' level with radical, law-breaking public behavior and activities.

At the advice of his attorney, Jeff Schwilk will have no further comment on these false allegations and attacks. Justice will be served in a court of law and these rebel insurgents will be exposed and neutralized! We are as committed as ever to winning this war for the future of America and invite all Americans in San Diego County to join us in this fight. Together we will defeat these forces of evil, both foreign and domestic.
