REPORT ALL PEOPLE DIGGING THROUGH OR PICKING UP TRASH OR ANYONE PUSHING A SHOPPING CART WITH ITEMS THAT MIGHT NOT BELONG TO THEM!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU SEE THOSE REALLY VICIOUS ONES THAT ACTUALLY STEAL THE POOR CANS AND BOTTLES OUT OF GARBAGE RECEPTACLES!!!

I have yet to receive my children's computer or the card in my digital camera nor have I been able to get any answers as to where I could get those items and when.
