Update on the raid of my home 02/08/07.

I received most of my stuff back from SDPD the day before I left town on my road trip, 04/13/07.  I was able to plug it in yesterday to search for my files.

The first thing I noticed was that my SD card for my JVC digital hard drive recorder was missing.

I checked my other picture taking camera and the card was there.  I turned it on to see if all my pictures were there and they were!  Whoo hoo…

Then I start going through the pictures.  They all have date stamps on them as usual…all the dates are correct EXCEPT for the day in question…1/27/07.

Some how it was changed (ON MY CAMERA) to 1/25/07.  I checked the settings and everything was correct.  Why is it that only those pictures were changed?

On to my computer…I immediately went for my picture files from my Kodak camera…all files from after 1/11/07 on my Kodak were missing.  That's especially strange since I upload pictures at least several days a week and have the file folders to prove it!  The computer makes a new file folder with the date every time I plug it in. 

I went to my other files to check the videos for that day.  For some reason everything in those concerning that day had also been changed, but to 1/27/06.  That was even more interesting considering I got this camera on Christmas and didn't start using it till 2007 when I returned from my Christmas vacation.  Even more interesting is that my computer was BRAND NEW!  I have the receipts for the purchases made on 1/25/07 and the guy that built it for me didn't bring it over and set it up until 1/28/07. 

So I look at the 'properties' on all these associated files and they seem to have the date that I uploaded them, but they were somehow modified in 2006. 

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at the properties to see that my computer was messed with.  I'm still not sure how much but I will have a technical expert witness assess it for me.

I decided to call the detective and ask him where I might get my card and find out what happened to my brand new computer while in their care.  This is what he said…

This is all but a little strange.  They still have my childrens' computer.  I'm guessing they must enjoy my kids membership at Club Penguin.  It's the latest rage for all 8 year olds.  There was absolutely NOTHING on their hard drive so I can only guess as to why they still have it.  They also took the article of when I was in the ..:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Orange County Register with a sheriff on the day in question, along with all my Christmas cards and other communication with Minutemen and supporters and other agencies I had to work with since they weren't doing their job.  Remember the Rape Grove videos or the Migrant March?

I am completely blown away at all the effort they have gone through to prosecute law abiding American citizens for 'vandalism' of an ILLEGAL encampment that had been cleaned out 3 days prior by Cal-Trans!  I also find it interesting that these are all the same cops, same illegal aliens and supporters and same detective that has been involved in harassing and making up false charges against many of us Americans who believe in LEGAL immigration. 

How far does the corruption go in this city???  How long are we going to stand by while they harass us and refuse to protect us, while making up reasons to protect the 'civil rights' of illegal aliens?

How come they're not protecting "We, the People…?"
